is this the year employee experience is really going to be in the driver seat and influence CX? actually, no – i won’t change my views, employee experience is about culture – not customer experience.
but — very interestingly — one of the key outcomes of CX is automation… and automation influences employee experience… so there maybe, maybe, maybe be a little correlation?
either way, results published in another post over the weekend says that initial reactions to “the great resignation” are mixed — with most people finding out, that — feigns shocks, clutches pearls — the grass is not greener after all…
so – what do you do if you are in CX? double-down in your strategy, get to meeting expectations + reaching outcomes (balance win-win) and — automate, automate, personalize, and automate.
