I can't speak about Paul but I can about Esteban - we worked together 10 years ago; I last saw him in late 2000, in person. Yet he remains a friend and someone who has tried to help me through my own "valley" in this current economy/job market. He is, as he describes Paul to be - caring and compassionate. An excellent human being. Happy (belated) birthday, Paul. Any friend of Esteban's is a friend-in-waiting of mine. I’m not in this industry and have never met Paul, yet now, I would like to. My former Manager Sherry Quinn moved to a company active in online customer communities space, positioning their offer as Social CRM. That got me interested and I started researching the subject. I came across Paul's blog and I had the Wow! moment. Paul makes it very all accessible and just makes so much sense the way he tells it! When he announced he was coming to Europe for a presentation at the Dutch CRM Awards, I grabbed the chance to go out and and meet him in person and I was hugely impressed. Not only does he know his stuff, he is really a great guy, very interesting, extremely open and curious about everything.
