		<description>Thanks for the laugh... needed.

As the FCC says, the best censor is the off button (in this case the unfollow link) :)

Thanks for reading through

		<description>If this had been me, the blog post would have been less restrained.

Ya know, what you actually did was take it out on those who follow you on Twitter. I had a bad Twitter experience that night. for like 17 hours :)

		<description>This is a great example of why the customer experience is so critical to future business success. Even if the customer does not achieve what they wanted, the way they are treated through the process will influence their future purchase behaviors and in many cases the purchase behaviors of the people surrounding them.

Thanks for sharing your story.

		<description>Oh Esteban,

Sorry to hear about your dominoing troubles but your storytelling made me laugh, especially &quot;Run, cough up some lung, run some more, stop to pant, decide that I’d rather die right there, start walking, slow down the walk… made it to D1.&quot;

And your article is a perfect experience why companies like United who fail to learn from past experience will be spiral into failure.

Within the space of 2 days United Broke Dave Carroll...again and your story. Wonder how many other blog stories on a similar issue are out there?
